If you know me, you know that I am a huge Edmunds Oast fan and have been since they opened 5 years ago (the pickled shrimp toast was an early food obsession of mine). As part of their week long anniversary celebration, Bob Cook and Jayce McConnell held the 3rd annual Switcheroo, in support of Ben’s Friends. If you’re not familiar with Ben’s Friends, it is an F&B support group that offers “hope, fellowship, and a path forward to professionals who struggle with substance abuse and addiction.
