Whenever I find a new restaurant I love, I have a tendency to visit pretty often. Ristorante Juliet, the latest Italian restaurant to open on the peninsula, immediately had that effect on me (ended up there 2 nights in a row, pure coincidence…), but it’s so worth it. Juliet, from the owners of Collective Coffee Co. in Mt. Pleasant with Chef Nate Whiting at the helm, focuses primarily on pizza and pasta, but also happen to have my favorite meatballs in town.
I had a chance to visit Juliet a bit ago with the #TastemakersCHS crew, and we had quite the feast. Take a look below to see what we devoured, and peek inside this awesome new addition to the Charleston food scene.
